Wersja GRIP jest w pełni przystosowana do poruszania się w trudno dostępnym terenie, jak również przewożenia ciężkich, brudzących i długich ładunków. Jednocześnie zapewnia ona miejsce w kabinie dla co najmniej trzech osób. W standardowym wyposażeniu tej wersji znalazły się między innymi:
- system Grip Control;
- trzy fotele z przodu;
- zwiększona ładowność do 1400 kg (zależnie od wersji);
- pełnowymiarowe koło zapasowe.
Wersja ta dostępna jest zarówno ze standardowym, jak i z przedłużonym rozstawem osi. Do wyboru są silniki BlueHDi 120 lub 150 Stop&Start z 6-biegową skrzynią manualną.
